We ask you to be careful when specifying the size of the ordered hats! Manufacturing to order involves a lot of time and money for the procurement of materials.

We always try to achieve high quality and conformity to the specified size in the tailoring of our products. Therefore, a return is possible in the event of a clear discrepancy between the headgear you received and its description on the site.

If you order a standard size (56-60 cm), you can also return it if the product is in its original form. Products in rare sizes (for example, 52-53 cm or 63-65 cm) will not be accepted for return.

If you order an exclusive product that is not represented in our catalog, you cannot return it.

Refunds will be made only after we receive the item.
